195 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Health and Children the funding, if any, his Department will provide in 2000 to a day care centre (details supplied) in County Kerry to allow for commencement of the building project. [4861/00]
The provision of a day care centre at Castleisland is included as part of the Southern Health Board's plan for the development of services for older people in County Kerry. The provision of such a centre is being considered in the context of the availability of capital funding under the national development plan and the priority allocated to the project by the board.
