204 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if an application has been received in respect of a road development from a person (details supplied); if so, if she has examined this application and if she will make a statement on the matter. [5669/00]
The application received by my Department under scéim na mbóithre áise for the repair of the road referred to by the Deputy will be taken into account when applications to be funded under the scheme this year are being considered. A decision on the applications to be funded will be made as soon as possible.

No application has been received by my Department under scéim na mbóithre áise for the repair of the road referred to by the Deputy. The matter in question will be considered when the application form which has been issued is completed and returned to my Department.
