69 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Defence the measures, if any, the Air Corps takes to ensure that the airspace over Casement Aerodrome is free from the danger of flocks of birds; if he has satisfied himself in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6419/00]

The Department has in place an ongoing programme of bird hazard control at Casement Aerodrome, Baldonnel.
