83 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the member states of the European Union which have implemented the dairy hygiene regulation (No. 92/46) for liquid and manufacturing milk; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6349/00]
A provision exists in Directive 92/46 which requires that all member states bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with the directive. The directive set 1 January 1994 as the implementation date by member states. As far as I am aware, the directive is being implemented in all member states.
