Vol. 515 No. 4

Written Answers. - Hospital Waiting Lists.

Question:

102 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children if a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 will receive a consultation following his prostate operation in view of the fact that he is in considerable pain. [6329/00]

The scheduling of out-patient appointments in this case is the responsibility of the Adelaide and Meath Hospital, incorporating the National Children's Hospital, Tallaght. I have asked the chief executive officer of the hospital to investigate this matter and to reply directly to the Deputy.
