104 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will examine the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 who needs a high level of care and needs to be located in Dublin 8 in the circumstances. [6388/00]
I have investigated the matter outlined by the Deputy with the authorities at St. James's Hospital. I have been advised that if the family of the patient concerned will contact the deputy chief executive officer of St. James's Hospital directly, he will investigate the situation and do everything possible to assist them in this matter.
