Vol. 515 No. 5

Written Answers. - District Probate Registrar.

Dan Neville

Question:

95 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the arrangements, if any, being made for signing grants of probate at the Limerick office following the retirement of the county registrar. [6481/00]

The retirement of the county registrar for Limerick has created a vacancy in the office of the district probate registrar for Limerick and Clare. Pending the appointment of a new county registrar the chief clerk of the circuit court office in Limerick has been authorised to perform the duties of the district probate registrar.
