153 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Finance the amount of money he has allocated for the renovation of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham; the work involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6669/00]

In addition to routine maintenance works, an amount of £1 million has been allocated this year to projects which are at varying stages of completion. The works involved are completion of the renovations to the Deputy Master's House, renovation and redecoration of the Great Hall, the Chapel and the kitchens, resurfacing of the courtyard, upgrading of toilets and other service areas, and completion of the renovation of the Adjudant General's House.
