Vol. 515 No. 6

Written Answers. - Hospital Accommodation.

Nora Owen

Question:

187 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will report on complaints that the central heating system needs upgrading in St. Ita's Hospital, Portrane, County Dublin; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that at times it is not working; if he will investigate the need for repairs to be carried out to the windows in the chapel at St. Ita's; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6924/00]

The maintenance of St. Ita's Hospital is a matter for the Eastern Regional Health Authority. I have, therefore, referred this matter to the regional chief executive of the Eastern Regional Health Authority to investigate it and reply directly to the Deputy.
