213 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if a room or facility will be provided at the national car testing centres to give applicants some privacy when getting and discussing their test results. [6923/00]
The National Car Testing Service Limited is required under its contract to provide a quality service to car owners; this quality service includes arrangements for addressing customer complaints. It would be appropriate for any dissatisfaction with customer service to be dealt with in this framework.
