Question:239 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a Land Registry dealing will be completed on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [6597/00]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealing number quoted by the Deputy refers to a transfer order which was lodged on 21 September 1998 and is currently awaiting registration.
I can inform the Deputy that the matter is being expedited by the Land Registry and will be finalised in the next two weeks.
