252 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will arrange the return of a deed of conveyance from the Registry of Deeds for a person (details supplied) in view of the fact this is required as a matter of urgency. [6848/00]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the deed of conveyance referred to by the Deputy was registered in the Registry of Deeds on 28 February 2000 and returned to the applicant's solicitor on 2 March 2000.
