Mitchell asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will investigate the points raised by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 regarding the restrictions to 18 hours of teaching time for art for pupils attending a special school, the discriminatory payments made and the need for three permanent posts as applied for; and the way in which he will assist in view of the fact this is a special needs school.
