124 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the numbers in St. Brigid's national school, Ballynacargy, County Westmeath, warrant the appointment of an additional teacher; if the teacher will be allocated in September 2000; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods):

The staffing schedule for primary schools in the 2000-01 school year has not yet been determined. The board of management of the school will be advised of the position when the schedule is finalised.
