Vol. 516 No. 1

Written Answers. - Hospital Waiting Lists.

Proinsias De Rossa

Question:

82 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 will have an angiogram on his legs in view of the fact that he is a diabetic, is having difficulty walking and is a cardiac patient at St. James's Hospital, Dublin 8; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7081/00]

The provision of treatment in this case is the responsibility, in the first instance, of St James's Hospital. I have, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the hospital to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply directly to him.
