Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Casualties) Bill, 1999: Motion.

I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the Select Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine has the power to make an amendment to the Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Casualties) Bill, 1999, the purpose of which is to give the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources powers to make grants or loans in respect of marine and natural resource based tourism and heritage projects, and to amend the Long Title of the Bill accordingly.
