297 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if a decision has been made on an application for funding by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if this application will be considered for lottery funding. [9038/00]
I would like to inform the Deputy that the organisation referred to submitted an application for a grant from the 2000 health allocation of national lottery funds on 1 February 2000.
This application for funding towards the cost of building a resource centre is under consideration for a grant from my Department. The organisation will be informed as soon as a decision has been made.
