Question:359 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a dealing on a folio for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be completed by the Land Registry Office. [8986/00]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the person named by the Deputy is the registered owner of the new folio referred to by the Deputy and that there are no applications pending at present on either folio.
