177 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will nominate a Waterford person to the interim board of the Land Registry in view of the fact that there is a Land Registry office in Waterford and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9292/00]

There are no vacancies at present on the interim board. The comments of the Deputy have, however, been noted in the context of any vacancies which may arise.
