I propose to take Questions Nos. 44 to 46, inclusive, together.

The report in question was prepared by a committee in the Chief State Solicitor's office assisted by staff from the centre for management and organisation development. It deals with a range of administrative procedures and practices within the office and forms part of the ongoing change process under the strategic management initiative.

I intend to make the report available to Members by placing copies of it in the Oireachtas Library.
