Vol. 517 No. 1

Written Answers. - Information Society Commission.

John Bruton

Question:

88 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Public Enterprise the communications, if any, the Information Society Commission has had with the Office of the Director of Telecommunications Regulation on the cost of Internet access charges; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [7744/00]

While my Department is involved in aspects of the work of the Information Society Commission and has policy responsibility for the overall development of the telecommunications sector, including its regulation, I am not privy to the communications that may take place between the Information Society Commission and the Office of the Director of Telecommunications Regulation.
