Allocation of Time: Motion.

I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the Order of the Dáil of this day, the debate under Standing Order 31 shall be taken between 12.20 p.m. and 1.30 p.m. Speeches shall be confined to the following Members who may share time and the following arrangements shall apply: The Minister for Public Enterprise shall have 15 minutes, the Fine Gael and Labour Party spokespersons shall have 15 minutes and each other Member in whose name a request was tabled under Standing Order 31 shall have five minutes. On the conclusion of the debate, the Minister for Public Enterprise shall take questions for 15 minutes whereupon the motion "That the Dáil do now adjourn" shall be considered to have lapsed and the order of the day shall resume thereafter.
