Agreements between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the Russian Federation: Motions.

I move:

That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the Russian Federation on co-operation in combating illicit trafficking and abuse of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, which was signed in Moscow on the 15th day of September, 1999, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 1st November, 1999.
