Vol. 517 No. 3

Written Answers. - Work Permits.

Gay Mitchell

Question:

83 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she will re-examine the application of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 for a work visa with a view to granting the application in view of the special circumstances. [9840/00]

The case of the person concerned has now been re-examined and the issue of a work permit has been approved. A letter accordingly has issued to the applicant and the permit will issue when the relevant fee has been received by my Department.
