242 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the steps he will take to expedite an application to the Land Registry for first registration by a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10118/00]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration which was lodged on 21 February 1998 and completed on 28 March 2000. The new folio number is 15424F County Westmeath.
