113 Mr. Roche asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the name, the year of establishment, the basis under statute, statutory instrument or otherwise of commercial and non-commercial State-sponsored bodies under the aegis of his Department; the fees paid to the chairman and ordinary directors of these bodies; and when these fees were last agreed. The information sought by the Deputy is set out in the following table.
It should be noted that the fees specified in the table are those which have been approved for the bodies concerned. However, these are not payable where the incumbent is a public servant and there may be other cases where the person concerned opts not to draw down the fee to which he or she is entitled.
