214 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of EU directives which are currently outstanding and have yet to be implemented by his Department through regulation or legislation; the timescale for implementing these directives; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The following tables set out the EU directives which are currently outstanding and have yet to be implemented by my Department through regulation or legislation; the timescale for implementing these directives.
