Question:363 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry will expedite a dealing for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [10585/00]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a deed of rectification and a voluntary transfer which was lodged on 13 October 1999.
I am further informed that queries issued to the lodging solicitors on 1 February 2000 and that on receipt of a satisfactory response to these queries the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.
