187 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if a qualified person is employed in the Department to develop information communication technology systems for use in the Department, on an interdepartmental basis and outwards to conduct business with the general public and public representatives. The Department has a fully staffed section for the provision of information and communication technologies for all relevant departmental business. While different levels of staff experience and qualifications exist within the present complement, staff training is constantly being reviewed and staff regularly attend training courses to enhance, develop and improve their skill levels.
