I move:
That, notwithstanding the Orders of Reference of the Select Committee on Finance and the Public Service,
(i) the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the following regulations in draft:–
Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Prescribed Bodies) (No. 2) Regulations, 2000,
copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 30th March 2000, be referred to the Select Committee on Finance and the Public Service, which shall, not later than 20th April 2000, send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 79B, and Standing Order 79A(2) shall accordingly apply; and
(ii) the Order of the Dáil of 11th April, 2000, referring the said proposal to the Joint Committee on Finance and the Public Service is hereby rescinded.
