184 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Health and Children if grant assistance has been approved by the South Eastern Health Board for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny under the special aid for the elderly scheme. [13892/00]
As the Deputy is aware, the housing aid scheme for the elderly is operated in County Kilkenny by the South Eastern Health Board on behalf of the Department of Environment and Local Government.
I have asked the chief executive officer of the board to examine this case and respond to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
