Question:

220 Mr. Noonan asked the Minister for Education and Science the action that has been taken by the facilitator, appointed by him, to meet and interview the relevant interests in the dispute regarding an architectural technology course at the Limerick Institute of Technology; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13778/00]

The facilitator visited Limerick Institute of Technology on Monday, 15 May and had discussions with the director and senior management staff of the institute. He plans to return to the institute next week. He will be arranging further meetings with other relevant parties. He will welcome submissions from any individual or organisation with an interest in issues relating to the course in architectural technology.
