Written Answers. - Grant Payments.
The person named had a penalty imposed on his fourth year REPS payment. An appeal has been received and has been referred to my Department's regional inspector for a report. This report will be con sidered by the Department's REPS appeals committee.
With regard to his application for fifth year payment, this application has been chosen at random for a pre-payment compliance inspection. Arrangements are being made to have the inspection carried out as soon as possible, which must be completed before payment can be made.
