43 Mr. D'Arcy asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he is prepared to increase the grant per house from £1,600 to £4,000 in view of the serious situation in relation to group sewerage schemes in villages across the country and the necessity to upgrade them; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
