Michael Ring

Question:

77 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive the remainder of his 1999 suckler cow premium and ewe premium and his cattle and sheep headage payments; and the reason for the delay in these payments. [14820/00]

The person named submitted an incomplete area aid application form in that he made changes to the areas of certain parcels on his pre-printed application form, but did not indicate these changes on maps as is required. He has been written to in this connection. Processing of his application cannot be completed until these matters have been clarified. Any area aid payments due will issue as soon as possible after the required clarification has been received.
