Question:112 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Health and Children if he has received correspondence from a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and when he intends to reply in detail to the queries raised therein. [15865/00]

I received representations from the person referred to by the Deputy, requesting vaccination records and other medical records in relation to the individual's son and the 3 in 1 vaccine he had received as a child. As my Department does not hold individual patient records, the matter was considered by the Southern Health Board. The board has indicated that it has responded to the person involved in relation to his inquiries on this and other matters.
