Question:

227 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Education and Science the current position in relation to having a resource teacher appointed to a school (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15843/00]

(Dr. Woods): My Department's inspectorate has recently submitted a report on the special educational needs of pupils attending the school in question.

The inspectorate's report is currently being considered and my Department will be in contact with the school authorities shortly in relation to the matter.
