229 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to an issue (details supplied) regarding the opening of a club here; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17112/00]
The matter referred to by the Deputy regarding the plans of a night club operator has come to my attention. The operation of a night club is already subject to a range of measures, statutory and otherwise. However, I can say that those measures continue to be kept under review by my Department.
