I move:

That, subject to leave being given to introduce the following Supplementary Estimate for the service of the year ending 31st December, 2000, the Supplementary Estimate be referred to the following Select Committee pursuant to Standing Order 145(3) and paragraph 1(a)(ii) of that Committee's Orders of Reference:–

Vote 38: Foreign Affairs (Supplementary Estimate) – Select Committee on Foreign Affairs."
