118 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive the remainder of his 1999 suckler cow premium and ewe premium and cattle and sheep headage payments in view of the fact that he has now submitted all the documents necessary to progress his application.
