132 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Education and Science if, further to Parliamentary Question Number 265 of 11 May 1999, he will report on the progress in relation to regaining possession of a property (details supplied) in Dublin 3; the developments that have taken place; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am pleased to inform the Deputy that possession of the Squash Ireland premises was formally handed back to the Department on 13 May 1999.

My Department is currently considering the long-term future of the premises.
