392 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the reason a person (details supplied) has not yet received his fifth REPS payment in view of the fact all documentations have been lodged; the reason for the delays; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The applicant named was selected for a detailed plan examination by my Department and his agri-environmental plan was found to contain a number of deficiencies which needed to be rectified in a revised plan. A revised plan was received in May 2000 and a further revision, submitted in the last two weeks, is being examined at present. No payment can issue until my Department is satisfied that the revised plan conforms to the scheme specifications.
