433 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will receive farm retirement payments in view of the fact this application has been with the Department for three years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department was unable to process this application as an issue arose regarding off-farm income. In July of this year my Department wrote to the applicant with a suggestion as to how the matter could be resolved, and is awaiting a response.
