I propose to take Questions Nos. 544 to 546, inclusive, together.

There are no international multilateral agreements under the auspices of my Department currently being negotiated or prepared.

In regard to international agreements signed by the State but not ratified, Ireland has signed the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in respect of Inter-country Adoption, 1993. Legislation is currently being drafted to ratify the convention.
