225 Mr. Gormley asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if her attention has been drawn to the fact that her Department has been in receipt of correspondence from a person (details supplied) in Dublin 14 in relation to problems of copyright in the music business; the plans she has to address these matters; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am aware of the correspondence referred to by the Deputy. I understand that the matters raised include company law as well as intellectual property issues, and that these matters are being examined by my Department. I expect to be in a position to reply in the near future.
