38 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received the report of the review group on the coroner's service; when he expects to be in a position to bring proposals to Government in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20154/00]

I understand that the working group reviewing the coroner's service has recently finalised its deliberations and I expect to have its final report shortly.

I will be bringing proposals to Government in this regard within the next few weeks.
