48 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the current position regarding the investigation being carried out by a senior Garda officer into allegations of possible co-operation between a small number of gardaí and paramilitary organisations in the Border area; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
