Liam Aylward

Question:

126 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will have arrangements made to have the case of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow fully investigated and have the required services and facilities put in place immediately to meet his needs and the needs of his family. [21292/00]

The provision of services to persons with special needs in the Carlow region is the responsibility of the South Eastern Health Board in the first instance. I have forwarded the Deputy's inquiry to the chief executive officer of the board for investigation and direct reply to the Deputy.
