126 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will have arrangements made to have the case of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow fully investigated and have the required services and facilities put in place immediately to meet his needs and the needs of his family. The provision of services to persons with special needs in the Carlow region is the responsibility of the South Eastern Health Board in the first instance. I have forwarded the Deputy's inquiry to the chief executive officer of the board for investigation and direct reply to the Deputy.
