56 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 165 of 5 October 1999, he will outline the progress that has been made in increasing the forestry premiums under the farmer premium scheme from 1989 to 1992 by 15%; when the increases will be paid; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The increases referred to by the Deputy have been incorporated into the farmer premium scheme for the year 2000 and have been paid in respect of all approved applications.
