202 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Education and Science if, further to his reply to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 322 and 323 of 11 October 2000, he will carry out a preliminary survey in relation to the high drop-out rate of students who have attained NCVA level 2 awards and start courses in institutes of technology in view of the great concerns shared by everyone in the IT sector.
